Bermula dengan 5hb dengan semangat persahabatan aku dan kawan2 sudi balik ke Kg Naka, Kedah dari pukul 9 malam sampai ke Naka pukul 9 pagi keesokkan hari...kesian pemandu tak ada sesiapa backup...henti tidur, rehat2 banyak tempat juga...itulah semangat tanpa balasan...

Tiba di Wat Naka, Nong2 dan AJK seminar tungkus lumus tolong menolong...bangga sekali, mereka lakukan dengan ikhlas...biar org cakap org mengumpat tapi kita melakukan daripada mengumpat sudah...sudah terbukti...THAM = DHAMMA atau pun aku suka ingat kata ini...Actions speak louder than words (การกระทำย่อมดังกว่าคำพูด) Tak bermakna hanya cakap dan cakap...tanpa melakukan apa...

Bersambung lagi aktiviti aku seminggu selepas itu di Kelantan, dengan kerja kebajikan Thot-Pha-Pha untuk Nong2 Sekolah Thai dan Sangha Kelantan...saya bukan berat mana pihak....dengan ikhlas dan memberi berdasarkan peluang dan kemampuan...

Alumni Ruamthai berjaya kumpul wang untuk Thot Pha-Pha sebanyak RM 1114 dan di bahagi kepada 2 bahagian iaitu Rm 614 kepada Pusat Pengajian Bahasa Thai, Agama dan Kebudayaan Kelantan dan Sangha Kelantan.

Cakap tentang gambar @ photo...sudah tentu jadi kegilaan ramai sekarang...ramai yang lumba2 inginkan kamera yang power2 dan harga mahal2...hahahahah padahal hasil snapnya macam guna compact kamera aje...

Apa2 pun aku lebih suka photo yang hasilnya daripada jiwa dan kreativiti masing2...bukan kamera yang harga mahal...snap saja jika anda suka...yakin pada diri...dan hasil yang keluar itu boleh cerita apa yang anda ingin :)

Setakat ini, kerja2 photo bagi aku yang paling susah nak buat adalah gambar potrait dalam studio...fulamak...susah la...belajar kat studio nie...termasuk ligthing dan konsepnya mcm2 ada....

Pertama kali snap photo di studio....yang memeningkan adalah set cahaya dan ISO...fulamak...kalu tak pandai semua jadi blur2 entah apa2...kena test flash (f) berapa yang nak guna...snap2 and snap2 mata jadi blur...huhuhuhuh...memang dapat pengalaman baru...

Teori yang paling aku...apabila shot di studio ialah HighKey dan LowKey...memang perfect jika dapat buat dengan sempurna :)

ไม่ต้องรักกันเพิ่มขึ้น แค่อย่าให้ความใส่ใจลดน้อยลง

ความรัก...มักจะหวือหวาในตอนแรก แต่เมื่อคนสองคนได้ใช้เวลาอยู่ด้วยกันมากขึ้น ระดับความตื่นเต้นก็จะกลับเข้าสู่ภาวะปกติ พอเป็นแบบนี้ หลายคนเริ่มมีคำถามโผล่ขึ้นมาในใจว่า "เขายังรักเราอยู่หรือเปล่า" เริ่มรู้สึกว่าตัวเอง "ไม่ค่อยมีความสำคัญ" สำหรับเขาเหมือนเดิมแล้ว เมื่อคนหนึ่งรู้สึกว่าตัวเองได้รับความเอาใจใส่จากคนรักน้อยลง มักจะคิดว่าความรักที่เขามีต่อตัวเองก็ "น้อยลง" ตามไปด้วย

ฉันคิดว่าคนเราไม่จำเป็นต้องแสดงออกตลอดเวลาว่ารักมากหรือรักน้อย เพราะถ้าความรักยังอยู่กับเราเหมือนเดิม ก็ไม่เห็นจะมีอะไรน่าเป็นห่วง ลองคิดดูสิว่า หากเขาดูนิ่งๆ ไม่ค่อยใส่ใจ แต่เขาก็ไม่ได้นอกใจเราแม้แต่นาทีเดียว กับการที่เขามีเรื่องเซอร์ไพรส์ให้เราตื่นเต้น และคอยเอาใจเราเป็นอย่างดี แต่เขาแอบคบคนอื่นไปพร้อมๆ กันอีกสามคน ถ้าให้เลือก…เราจะเลือกคนแบบไหนล่ะ...........

ก็ต้องเป็นคนที่ "รักเราคนเดียว" อยู่ดีนั่นแหละถูกไหม ดังนั้นการที่เราให้ความสำคัญกับสิ่งที่เขาแสดงออกแล้วตัดสินใจว่าเขารักน้อยลง เพราะทำดีกับเราน้อยลง อาจทำร้ายจิตใจกันและกันทั้งสองฝ่าย......

แต่ถ้าเรายอมรับความจริงจุดนี้ได้ แต่เขาก็ยังเอาใจใส่เราน้อยลงอยู่ดี ก็เป็นหน้าที่ของเราที่ต้องกล้าพูดในสิ่งที่เราค้างคาใจ ก่อนจะเปิดใจคุยกัน เราต้องรู้เสียก่อนว่า "เราต้องการอะไร" แล้วพูดออกไปตามที่รู้สึก ฉันมั่นใจว่าเขาต้องยอมรับฟัง และเก็บเอาไปแก้ไขปรับปรุงแน่..........

ไม่มีอะไรที่คนรักกันจะทำให้กันไม่ได้ หากเรื่องที่ร้องขอ…ก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องที่ทำได้ยากลำบากอะไร เขาอาจโทร.หาเราบ่อยขึ้น หากเขารู้ว่าเราจะไม่สบายใจ ถ้าเขาหายไปทั้งวันโดยไม่บอกกล่าว หรือเขาคงเลือกที่จะอยู่กับเราให้มากกว่าเดิม หากรู้ว่าเราน้อยใจ ที่เขาเอาแต่ออกจากบ้านไปเจอเพื่อน.............

ทุกปัญหาล้วนมีทางออก แต่เราต้องค้นให้เจอก่อนว่าอะไรคือปัญหา ผู้หญิงจะชอบคิดว่า "เรื่องง่ายๆ แค่นี้ ทำไมทำให้กันไม่ได้" ..........ผู้ชายจะคิดว่า "เขาก็เป็นของเขาแบบนี้แหละ" บางทีผู้ชายก็เบื่อที่จะเอาอกเอาใจแฟนตัวเอง เพราะเจอกันทุกวัน บางคนก็อยู่ด้วยกันทุกวัน เขาอาจจะคิดว่า "ทุกอย่างก็ดีอยู่แล้ว"

Sabah - environmentalist for me

Just One night i stay at Kg.Tiong Kemburaon, my best friends house (Muleh Gobong) but got a million memories for me...first impression so...nice environment, all around is FOREST ! Wow i like that !...about 5 km from Sek.Menengah Kebangsaan Narinang, Kota Belud, Sabah, must take time half and hour go there...That place look so far from town Kota Belud.

...We must climb road because got a lot stone...tired but happy :) For me the best Kampung (village) to stay and take rest my mind,specially i can see Mount Kinabalu...front and behind my friend house...Hmmm great...I'll go back :)

Nice shot, but so tired to claim that place, but "WIN"....hahahaah walking and walking around 1 hour, i can see panorama Angkor Wat from that place...

Phnom Bakheng is located 1,30 meters (4,265 feet) north of Angkor Wat and 400 meters (1,312 feet) south of Angkor Thom. Enter and leave Phnom Bakheng by climbing a long steep path with some steps on the east side of the monument (height 67 meters, 220 feet) In the 1960 this summit was approached by elephant and, according to a French visitor, the ascent was "a promenade classic and very agreeable"

Tip: Arrive at the summit just before sunset for a panoramic view of Angkor and its environs. The golden hues of the setting sun on this vista are a memorable sight. When Frenchman Henri Mouhot stood at this point in 1859 he wrote in his diary: 'Steps.. lead to the top of the mountain, whence is to be enjoyed a view so beautiful and extensive, that it is not surprising that these people , who have shown so much taste in their buildings, should have chosen it for a site.

It is possible to see: the five towers of Angkor Wat in the west, Phnom Krom to the southwest near the Grand Lake, Phnom Bok in the northeast, Phnom Kulen in the east, and the West Baray. Phnom Bakheng was built in late ninth to early tenth century by King Yasovarman dedicated to Siva (Hindi)
